Engineered for both performance and user-friendliness, they feature ergonomic designs that comply with HSE constraints and optimized cycles for maximum energy efficiency. Precise control of temperature and pressure parameters guarantees process reproducibility and validation.

The SoBatch supervision system, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, provides full cycle automation, complete data traceability, and centralized equipment management. Sofast autoclaves are available in vacuum-steam, superheated water, or ventilated technologies, with a wide range of capacities. They are suitable for both industrial production and laboratory environments, offering custom solutions and simplified maintenance.

With multiple configurations (fixed or mobile, single or double jacket, with agitation or instrumented), they integrate seamlessly into your facilities. Steam Generators

Sofast steam generators are robust and reliable equipment designed to produce consistent, controlled steam. They are essential for demanding processes such as sterilization, clean-in-place (CIP), or any application requiring controlled heat in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.

Available in various capacities (from 18 to 1,800 kg/hour), these generators stand out for their modular design and easy integration into existing facilities. They also offer automated control options for precise regulation of pressure and temperature, as well as full cycle traceability.

Two main types are offered: SG‑E (powered by electricity) and SG‑S (using industrial steam or superheated water). This flexibility allows the solution to be tailored to your specific needs, while ensuring performance, safety, and cGMP compliance in sensitive production environments.

Washers

Sofast washers provide a reliable and high-performance cleaning and decontamination solution. They comply with the standards of demanding environments such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnology industries, and laboratories. Designed to ensure reproducible, validated, and fully documented cleaning, they deliver consistent performance. They efficiently process a wide range of components, glassware, and production equipment, with capacities ranging from 300 to 5,000 L per cycle.

Equipped with modular baskets and the automated SoBatch supervision system, these washers provide full cycle traceability, high flexibility in cleaning programs, and reduced direct labor requirements. Their cGMP stainless steel construction (AISI 316L) and numerous configuration options (single or double doors, H13/H14 filters, heat exchangers, hot-air drying) ensure optimal integration into your facilities while meeting the strictest technical and regulatory requirements.

H₂O₂ Decontamination Airlocks

Sofast H₂O₂ decontamination airlocks are designed to provide effective, validated, and traceable decontamination of articles, packaging, and equipment sensitive to regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic industries, and laboratories). By using vaporized hydrogen peroxide and optimized cycles, these airlocks ensure reliable microorganism inactivation while preserving the integrity of treated components.
